Step1- First of all we have to take solar panel, behind which two wires are connected. The red wire is +ve  and the black wire is -ve. We have to take great care of positive and negative.

Step2- Now we have to design the circuit as shown in the picture. From this circuit we get a 5 volt supply at the output. The IC 7805 is a regulator IC that provides a constant 5 volt at the output. Mount all electronic components on pcb and solder and if you also have to check the output of the circuit that there is no problem in our circuit, then applying 10 to 18 volt on input should give us 5 volt at the output.

Step3- Now we have to connect the plus and minus pins of the output to USB or to the pins of direct mobile charger. Connect the solar panel to the input of the pcb and the pins of the charger to the output.

Step4- Now put the solar panel in the sunlight and check the output voltage of the circuit. If the output is coming at 5 volt or even less then your mobile charger is made perfect. Now fit the pcb into the plastic body of a charger and mount the solar panel on top of it. Now you can charge your mobile directly from solar energy. Whenever you keep your mobile charger in the sun, the same way your mobile will start charging.
