• First of all Open the Control Panel.
• Then you should Open Ease of Access Center or Accessibility Options in control pannel section
• Then Click on make the mouse easier to use.
• Go to Control the mouse with the keybord and check the turn on mouse key.
• Click Apply.
• You can also enable it by pressing the shortcut key Alt + Left Shift + Numlock from the keybord. to use.
